It was the day of my seeming birthday and Ana felt that we were meant to go to Paris. In the morning, I told her that I didn’t feel a clear purpose for going but she felt very strongly that we were meant to go. We shared all of our thoughts and I could feel this old energy in me. Going I felt sad and staying at home I felt sad. Ana asked me to trust her, so I did.
We left the house an hour later than expected due to our conversation but it ended up being perfect to get the bus and then the train to Paris. We got to the train station with 5 minutes to spare. The tickets still needed to be bought but the machine was a bit confusing. Then a gentleman from behind us offered to help us as he spoke English. He got us the right tickets and we walked to the platform.
A few minutes later our friend, who had helped us with the train tickets, appeared and said to come with him to the other end of the platform because it would be better once we got to Paris. We walked with him and he told us he was an artist and an actor and he was getting ready for his exhibition.He asked if he could ride with us on the train which we accepted. Very joyfully he started sharing with us about his life and that the most important thing for him is to be the light and to share the light. When he said that we felt so happy, we nodded in recognition that this was a beautiful holy encounter. It felt unreal to listen to all the things that were coming out of his mouth. He shared about his struggles and the joy of being in the flow. I was taken aback as he started sharing about God openly which is what Ana and I have been doing here in Europe.
After that, he shared his love for Japan and how they express themselves with so much love. Then he taught us a word in Japanese that meant the joy of the joy for when you are happy for no earthly reason. He also shared about being in harmony with everything and everyone and wanting to express his heart and himself fully in everything he does. I shared with him that we have been sharing about the same thing of late. That having a full yes to life will bring you everything to be fully present and open up to have spontaneous encounters. After a few minutes, he continued to open up and shared that he felt he had known me all my life, he felt confident sharing all these intimate things about himself.
As we got to Paris he asked us where we were going which we answered that we didn’t know. We were a bit hungry so he suggested taking us to the best place in Paris to have breakfast. So off we went. We had a lovely breakfast and he invited us to see the exhibition he was still preparing in the art gallery. You can see the pictures in the post. He shared his love for saint Francis, Japan, painting with bright colors and wanting to express the love, light, and his struggles that he feels through his art.
It was very interesting hearing him speak as it felt like everything that was being spoken about was just parallel and synchronized. I felt like we were merging into something and I could feel this love inside of me as we talked that was beyond all words. He also told me it was his wife’s birthday today and wished each other happy birthday through WhatsApp. The whole encounter felt significant and meaningful in ways that cannot be explained in words. It felt liberating and freeing to be fully spontaneous opening up to the greater plan of awakening. I felt God’s presence all around us as we went through the day.
