Once we set the date of a retreat, we always try to stay connected, especially when there is several weeks or a month before retreat. Several days ago 4 of us (Anthony, Lilo, Ken & I) had a call with the purpose of staying joined and we talked about this journey of awakening.
It felt glorious. Insights shared by everyone felt so perfect, like the pieces of the puzzle coming together and receiving confirmation and being inspired. Awakening does seem like a puzzle sometimes and even though we are used to solving or trying to solve the puzzles on our own, this puzzle is different. It seems like we can’t solve this one without each other, without joining with our brother in the light of truth and in the passion for awakening. Each one has a piece of the puzzle and we need to come together and bring these puzzles together to become aware that the puzzle of awakening has already been solved.
Everything that was shared on this call was perfectly orchestrated. You could really feel the presence working behind images! It’s so profound. This kind of joining in truth goes beyond personal attachment, personally taking credit for the wisdom and specialness. I feel so grateful! This is the experience of liberation that we are aiming for and that this retreat is devoted to. Liberation from specialness, that finds expression through so many different forms, and personal identity and coming to the experience of merging as the Spirit.
