It can be very hard to face ingrained patterns and ideas in the mind. 

The ego creates the conditions to keep you in prison with your thinking. It will be by grace alone that will change your mind to one of true faith and humbleness. There will need to be trust in something far greater than your false ego self if you are to transcend all concepts and conditionings of this world. There will be many opportunities to return to your higher mind if you so choose to.

This video really touched me and gave me great strength in trusting in the power of being truly defenseless and surrendering everything to God to be born again into the mind of Christ
